Ura Ninpo. Applications for lifestyle survival.
Hanbo (BYO), kusarifundo (3' rope / chain), 6' rope (free 6' rope with "early bird" bookings!)

Developing the inner warrior alongside the outer. Ki and body development; sensitivity and meditation work in ninpo. Applications.
Group hot tub, swim and sauna session. Tension vs relaxation!

10 am - 1 pm: general training,

2 pm - 5 pm: general training.
5-6pm hot tub / swim / sauna.

Sunday
Optional hot tub.
