Training is based on taijutsu - body movement - which is taught through the forms of San shin and Kihon Happo. This is a comprehensive combat martial art that involves a full range of battle weapons and a philosophy of achieving what you need to be the best you can in your business, personal and private life.
Each year in Autumn there is a special Seminar by a guest Shihan. Certain qualifying criteria apply. In August the dojo 'Camp' is held in the Adelaide hills and is open to all members.
